Teaching has always come naturally to me. I remember even during my university days I would often tutor fellow classmates, forming bonds through Accounting and Finance. Not only had I always dreamed of being recognised for my teaching but also as someone who made learning memorable and meaningful.
So, after graduation, I began teaching in schools. It was hard at first, especially when students used to make hateful statements about Accounts. It was a subject close to my heart and such comments really hurt. However, after a while I realised that students did not hate Accounts, they were overwhelmed by their studies. That’s when it clicked for me, learning should be enjoyable, accessible, and stress-free.
After much consideration I decided to start a Youtube channel: Rapid Revision with Shayan, a place where learning would be just that.
At first, I started by sharing explanations on concepts my students found difficult and posting unedited videos. But now, Rapid revision has grown into a space where many students willingly come to learn Accounting and Economics and often leave with excellent grades.
